Hotel Elysees Opera - Paris

Noise from the reception area was unbearable, especially on the ground floor. Air conditioning struggled with the heat , leading to uncomfortable nights. The absence of a mini-bar in the room felt disappointing for a hotel marketed as four-star, alongside the overall concern that the amenities didn't quite meet expectations for comfort.

Room facilities excellent. Clean. Reception good. Location perfect for our needs. Quiet location.

Risk of noisy neighbours (like most hotels).

The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory with orange, good fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and the atmosphere was quiet.

The hotel is nice, offers free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a cute bar area. On my first visit, the staff even helped print my tickets. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel, because all staff and managers are very rude. I have gone to hotel to check in but there was a suprise waiting me; they told that there had been a mistake that's why my room was not ready, they sent to me to their sister hotel, i waited 25 minutes for a taxi and gone to there and paid the taxi from my pocket. SO ok i've checked in there and stay the night.Next day i was prepared to gone out for my meetings but they had now told me that i can't stay at the hotel anymore and go back to the first hotel Elysees Opera. I have mentioned that i have already opened my baggage and put my clothes to the wardrobe,but they don't care and they were so rude. So nothing to do i went back and i got late for meeting

nice and helpfule staff and they speak english, near to3 metro stations, near to many bakeary shops, the room clean,, value for money

The staff were helpful and friendly, assisting us with directions and recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring paris, with great cafes nearby and easy access to the metro for our sightseeing adventures....  

pleasant hotel, accommodating staff, wonderful location close to turistic areas. location so close to the main shopping center, printemps and galerie lafayette, metros, stores, restaurants and sights and the main sites from....  

The location was excellent, situated on a quiet street just a short walk from the metro and major attractions. The air conditioning worked perfectly, a nice relief. Indulgent pastries were a highlight at breakfast, alongside fresh fruit salad and coffee options. The room was on the smaller side for its price, and there were unauthorized charges were nice.

in the first night , TV and internet did not work , but all fixed next morning

Near the metro, breakfast was adequate if overpriced, room was clean and comfortable.

A lot of street noise, not terribly attentive staff.

I liked the fact that it was recently renovated. The room was very nice. Modern, clean, bright and spacious (for Paris standards). The bathroom was also new (renovated) and spotless. I would totally recommend it, taking into...  

Great location near metro, but the room was a bit cramped.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for accessing local cafes and the metro. My room was cozy and had a great ambiance. I loved the complimentary coffee machine available downstairs ☕...  

Comfortable, clean, and quiet.Good service from the staff. Good location, a short walk from Clichy and Liege Metro stations, and there are several cafes and restaurants nearby.
